• Items must be unused in original condition.

• Custom and personalized pieces are. final sale, except for defects.

• Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.

• For holiday purchases (Nov 15-Dec 25), returns are accepted through Jan 15.
